At Strong Roots Istanbul our mission is to develop a generation of devoted readers - children who share a love of reading and can do so confidently and joyfully!
Our Mission
Reading is one of the most important roots skills we can give our children as they grow. Children who learn to love reading and enjoy learning from books at an early age are able to continue this love of learning throughout their school and adult lives.
Here at Strong Roots, it is our goal to provide children with strong reading skills as well as an environment that encourages them to love reading.
Our educational offerings, such as Reading Groups, Book Clubs and Drama Lessons are designed to help them gain these skills while having fun!
With our Special Events and Workshops, it is our goal to create a space for children and families to come together and form a strong, reading and learning oriented community!
Our Approach

• By creating a reading community, and helping long-time book lovers and new bibliophiles come together to share the joy of a good book!
• By implementing quality educational programming taught by qualified instructors so that children can learn new skills, develop intellectually, and grow!
• By providing fun book-based activities, special events and little surprises, and by showing children that reading is wonderful and exciting and so much more than just another item on their homework list!
